Here at MGCS we can rebuild and refresh your tired or even not running gas golf cart engine in most cases. We have engine techs with decades of experience to get your golf cart up and running in no time.
Engine Rebuild Service Steps:
Call us to let us know what you have and any problems you're experiencing and why you want us to rebuild it.
Engine Prep to Ship:
Remove the clutch (if you can- it will save greatly on shipping cost)
Remove carburetor.
Drain of all fluids.
Write your name, return shipping address, email, and phone number on a piece of paper, put it in a ziplock bag to include in the crate to us.
Build a crate to ship it to us. The crate will be reused to ship it back to you. See the video for building the box below.
***We strongly advise against using cardboard boxes to ship engines.
***We strongly suggest insuring your shipment to us.

Once we receive the engine, unbox, tag, and teardown. We then call you with details.
We video before, during, and after the build.
EZGO Robin's engines only: We run each engine on our test bench before sending it back to you.
Customers are responsible for all shipping cost. Return shipping (insured) is included in the estimate.
